Payment
At this time, I only accept payment via PayPal Invoices and no work will be done on the commission until the invoice has been paid in full. Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. Portraits tend to have a turnover of two to three days, baring real life interference, while larger commissions may take a month or more. I will do my best to communicate if the commission ends up exceeding the original estimate, and you will receive updated sketches and lineart as each stage is completed. Please note that I do not work on Wednesdays and Weekends, which may extend wait times slightly.What I Will Draw

Please have your references ready! This can be anything from screenshots to face claims to art you’ve previously had done of your character. Color palettes, outfit and jewelry references, and feature descriptions are welcome as well. Anything you can give me so that I can give you the best representation of your character is helpful!Process
💀Once you've filled out the Commission Form linked below, I will reach out to you via e-mail or discord to discuss what you want and get payment set up. Within a day or two of initial contact, I will present you with a loose sketch and we can make adjustments to posing and details until you are happy (within reason).
💀Once the initial sketch has been approved, I will fill in the details for a sketch commission, or go straight to lineart for all others (I add details as I go). When presented with the finished work, you can make 3 requests for changes to things such as details, expressions, or slight posing adjustments.
💀If you are getting a full color commission, I will lay down the base colors for you to look over. We can make changes to the colors as many times as you need, but no further changes will be made to the lineart at this time. Once the base colors have been approved, you may get a WIP of the commission on request (or if something is delaying progress), but typically I will simply keep working on it until I'm finished.

General Terms
💀Prices are subject to change based on demand.
💀I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

Payment
☠ The currency accepted is USD and can be paid through PayPal.
Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
☠ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and sent an invoice requesting payment.

Process and Delivery
💀The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week to 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the piece, and how much other work I have.
💀Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full resolution image in .png format. PSD files can be provided upon request for an additional $5 fee. Note that there is no physical product


Revisions
☠ You get 3 rounds of drastic changes (new pose, a completely different outfit, anything that adds additional complexity) prior to the lineart phase included in the commission price.
☠ A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing outside of minor retouches unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.


Copyright & Usage
I, Gnomeskillet (the artist):
💀I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at time for any reason.
💀I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I💀 will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc)
💀I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you the customer give explicit consent or break any of the terms of service listed here.
💀I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online as part of a portfolio or on social media/this website for advertising purposes.You (the customer/commissioner):
☠ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
☠You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services, making prints for selling, etc). If you wish to have your commission available on a POD service so that you may purchase a print, t-shirt, or other product for yourself, I can temporarily upload it to my personal RedBubble, but I will only do so upon request.
☠ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
☠ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
☠ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.The following is considered copyright infringement:
💀Reproducing the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
💀Claiming the artwork as your own.
💀Altering the artwork without my consent.


Cancellation and Refund Policy
☠ The buyer is not allowed a refund once the initial sketch is approved and I have started working on the commission.
☠ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
☠ If you cancel your order before I begin to work on it, you can get a full refund.
☠ The kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's price. The client then recieves the work as is.
☠ If the the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the buyer can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the kill fee.
